What's in a name? You decide!

We've decided that Magdalen Augustine Celebration is a bit of a mouthful! Keeping it as a strap line we're looking for YOUR suggestions for a catchy title for our much loved fest on these well trodden streets.

Your name needs to communicate something about the local area, celebrate the culture and diversity unique to this part of town and must be about what the day is all about: community, music, celebration, diversity and independent and exciting local shops!

Listen in to Kate Romer next Monday 24th June on Future Radio between 5-6:30pm for a call out! In the meantime email us with your suggestions. The winner gets their name featured on all of our publicity.

Entries must be in by Friday 28th June 2013. Ready? GO!

The Magdalen Augustine celebration is coming together for 2013, set to hit the streets on 19th October 2013! Get it in your diaries!
With a brand new black history month stage of African bands at the Blueberry on Cowgate, youth samba band, pop-up museum and all the usual music and wonderful ness, it's set to be amazing!
